You can see the leaders display true leadership skills in supporting and guiding their teams and are play by example when it comes to professional and personal growth. They are not afraid to show that they're not perfect, and that they are still growing. They show how it's okay to make mistakes because that is how we learn and move forward. Their leadership is inspiring and encouraging. Work-life balance is also prioritized in the company. They understand and care about your priorities in life (whether or not it's work related), and these personal priorities are taken into consideration when decisions that affect the employee(s) are made. Cons
The rapid growth can become overwhelming. Changes are happening left and right, and it can get scary. A lot of processes and systems are still being ironed out and fixed. Some are being removed while others are added. With all this happening, it can get confusing and frustrating. It is also saddening to see some good people feel the negative affects.
