Pros

Everything here in TaskUs - from environment to facilities to teammates to management style - is totally different, in a very positive way! It's a breath of fresh air from the norms of the conventional BPO's out there. For the first time in a long time, I enjoy going to work everyday :)

Pros

What I like most about TaskUs is that the management takes time to get to know their employees. They make sure that everyone feels that you are working with them, instead of working for them. Great incentives for top performers!

Cons

There's no perfect company, we all know that. I guess they just need to continue doing what they do best and never forget the culture they've worked hard to built.

So far, my stay has been great. I am surrounded with talented and enthusiastic people. I also like that TaskUs has a lot of initiatives that helps not just their employees.

Cons

There is no such thing as a perfect company, but TaskUs manages to turn all deltas into pluses.
