TaskUS takes their motto "be ridiculous" very seriously, but not in a good way. There's no communication between teams, management and team leaders are completely unqualified to speak with people or to actually manage anything, human resources are a joke, the supposedly "scientific" wellness department is just new wave mumbo jumbo that makes absolutely no scientific sense and the benefits they present are actually government mandated and they give you the bare minimum of them. Avoid if you value your mental health and respect yourself.

However, one of the main challenges is the limited opportunity for growth within this specific area. Career progression is not clearly defined for this role, and in most cases, advancing professionally requires transitioning into a different department or area within the company.
