Pros

TaskUs is the only BPO company that I would like to work with cause I have read reviews that it is really fun to work here. I am glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and was considered for the post. We have great benefits here and of course, a pretty good ambiance. Work-life balance is really valued here.

Cons

Maybe, salary increase should be initiated by the company especially for support roles.
