I just started my journey with Task US yesterday (Feb 22,2022) and the current experience is beyond exemplifying. You would already feel the culture injection onset upon application (interview) and will continue along the way until you start embracing the culture. There is no such thing as perfect company. Bu the right company for the right people.

Cons

agents are well pampered which may lead to being abused. Again, there is no such thing as perfect company. But the right company for the right people and it's how the people will embrace the culture - may it be to their advantage of disadvantage.

Pros

They have great employee engagement, benefits, and super cool Sites where there are places to relax after a day of hard work.

Cons

As for me being a WFM Manager which is very accustomed to MS Tools is now introduced to google sheets which is a little tricky and difficult to use at first. I dont really consider this as a mislead because im pretty sure i can get the hang of it in no time but this is really the only thing that i can think of right now
