7yThank you for sharing your perspectives. The Client Services Department at TechSoup boasts a significant rate of promotions. In every department at TS there is at least one employee that began their career in Client Services or as a temp. In fact, we are proud to share that most recently an entirely new department was created from our Client Services staff! Earnings, salary and hourly rates are determined by utilizing an internal/external equity model, and when discrepancies are identified we have a process for aligning those differences.
