Lack of care for employees, low pay, high turnover, lack of communication I was fired after 4 months here. The company lied to my contracting company that employed me and said it was because of "decreasing work quality." My manager had told me just two weeks prior to this that I was doing really well. Our work was decreasing, and after I expressed concern that I would be let go because of the lack of work, I was told that my manager would "fight for me." Someone was lying because they fired me at 6pm after I just left the building the week before Thanksgiving, two weeks later. I only had two months left on my contract. No one will respond to my emails asking why I was let go so suddenly. This company could not care less about its employees. They play dirty. Now I'm out of a job and have no one to get a recommendation from. Hard pass.
