Pros
- Amazing, ambitious, and talented team and co-workers. - Plenty of growth opportunities if you are willing to put in the work. - The company looks to promote from within before considering outside hires. - TA does a great job of celebrating successes and individuals while also recognizing and reflecting on where improvement is needed - TA invests quite a bit on training managers to ensure that all of its people are supported and that managers are growing as people leaders - Lots of great resources to help you grow your career including book clubs, trainings, DEI resources, mentorship program, and lots and lots of on the job learning and experience. I sure am glad I did not get my masters because I feel like I have received my MBA just by working here. If you are looking for a place that rewards hard work and strong performance than TA is for you. You will truly get out what you put into the role. Its a job where you will be challenged and where you will learn and grow and get new experiences to add to your resume.
Cons
-The pace is FAST and the work and deadlines can occasionally be overwhelming during busy times of the year. (performance reviews, company all hands presentations, EOQ, etc.) - Only one physical office in Nashville, TN so being in office is not an option. (Although the company does a good job being remote friendly) - At times there can be competing priorities and quick pivots.
