Virtually unlimited over time, until they send you home after you drove 45 minutes to a mandatory 12 hour overtime shift.

Cons

If you are an honest person avoid this plant like the plague. If you are actively incarcerated and enjoy causing problems for your co-workers however, throw your resume in their direction, as management will do backflips to protect you from the justified scrutiny of your peers, despite management never being on the floor and having absolutely no idea what the state of their own company is. There are as many ankle bracelets as there are egg cartons in this building. Do yourself a favor and don't take the bait of a high starting hourly rate. It's a trap.
