12-hour shifts and a rolling schedule allow for lots of time off.

Cons

Aside from the daily dose of microplastics? Noise levels that damaged my hearing in a matter of months, despite wearing earplugs.

Very safety conscious. They strive to keep everyone safe, at work and at home. All the employees and upper management do what they can to help each other out. Very well run industry.

Cons

So far, I've not found anything negative to say about the company.
