Business is focused on growth and investing into the company. Free coffee and most people are low key. Benefits are comparable with the market.

Cons

Everyone in management looking out for themselves. Lack of team work building and direction from management, who is always too busy for you unless something is not going well for them.

Pros

Job security, since they are in the food packaging industry. The benefits are half way decent. Starting wages are pretty good.

Cons

Have a lot of new people coming through all the time. They are constantly training new people only to have them quit. 12hour shifts are horrible. Swing shift.

Cons

No Bonuses, No Respect, No Appreciation •Training is poor and inconsistent; new employees are often set up to fail •Frequent mandatory Saturdays due to poor planning, leaving no real work-life balance •Benefits and PTO policies are inadequate, and requesting time off is treated as a problem, they will change as management pleases •Management is openly disrespectful and unprofessional, with zero accountability • Promotions and raises are based on favoritism, not performance or skill • Constant drama and hostility on the floor, encouraged by leadership’s refusal to deal with problem employees • Training is a joke; new hires are thrown to the wolves and blamed when things fail
