Thank you for sharing your feedback and ongoing experience at Tend. Thank you for your clinical care to our members for over four years! You have seen Tend grow and transform over the years, and we have worked to develop a better process through team member feedback. We see flexibility as an important part to a productive and positive work environment, and you and your co-workers value inclusivity. We do focus on a total rewards package being competitive and continuously strive to ensure our team members share what matters most to them, so we can make changes. Our member experience team and studio support teams are always reviewing their processes to ensure a good team member and member experience. This was feedback on our engagement survey a few months ago, and is a top priority to continue to advance on. We appreciate you sharing your clinical feedback, and we want to make sure we offer a wide range of services for our members that promote high quality access to member care. Thank you for sharing your feedback and ongoing experience at Tend. We appreciate your clinical care to our members. We want all of our team members to work in a positive, empathetic, and productive working environment, and it is nice to hear that your studio embodies those characteristics. We strive to have a competitive total rewards package for all roles, which does include market, performance, and merit reviews. We also know work and time off balance is important, and we did make positive enhancements to our 2024 PTO policy to include both paid and unpaid time off, plus paid holidays.
