We are excited by the new addition last year to sponsor CE courses, which aligns with our value of growth & development. We also have highly skilled hygienists and Lead Hygienists, who support coaching and training our teams. Our hygienists, with support from the clinical and technology teams, keep us educated on the best technology and equipment to enhance our team member and member experience. A positive of multiple Tend studios in the same city is that you can work at one or multiple offices depending on your commute or team working preference. We are growing quickly and do have high expectations for our team, so we focus on communication, change management, training, and listening to feedback from our team members.
