We want all of our team members to work in a positive, empathetic, and productive working environment, and it is nice to hear that your studio embodies those characteristics. We strive to have a competitive total rewards package for all roles, which does include market, performance, and merit reviews. We also know work and time off balance is important, and we did make positive enhancements to our 2024 PTO policy to include both paid and unpaid time off, plus paid holidays. We continue to hear that the people you work with at Tend create a positive working experience, and it is great that was your experience as well. We strongly believe in recognition as a powerful communication tool to ensure our people know they are valued and heard, and we do recognize team members quarterly, annually through our Tendees awards, and spontaneously in huddles. We also focus on initial training to set up a new team member for success in a role and continuous growth and development at Tend. Internal promotion is a key objective for many of our operational and clinical lead roles. It is important to empower our team members to grow with us. We are looking forward to continuing our strong training and development programs while continuously improving them this year.
