You have seen Tend grow and transform over the years, and we have worked to develop a better process through team member feedback. We see flexibility as an important part to a productive and positive work environment, and you and your co-workers value inclusivity. We do focus on a total rewards package being competitive and continuously strive to ensure our team members share what matters most to them, so we can make changes. Our member experience team and studio support teams are always reviewing their processes to ensure a good team member and member experience. This was feedback on our engagement survey a few months ago, and is a top priority to continue to advance on.
