- Toxic leadership To elaborate further, people are afraid to speak their minds at work, you can’t even give feedback or criticism because they will take it badly and they can easily turn the tables back at you. They don’t have the guts to listen to their employee’s pulse and suggestions when in fact it is beneficial to the company. - Bad Equipment They give their employees secondhand refurbished equipments to use at work when in fact the equipment they provide isn’t fit to what their employees are doing, total mismatch! And they expect their employees to provide quick turn around time of tasks when their equipment is crashing, lagging and always shuts off in the middle of work, your employees are your assets! You should give them at least a decent equipment to work on so they can work at their best and finest! This also makes it hard in the users end if worst comes to worst that the refurbished equipment suddenly snaps and the liability and blame will fall back to the user. - Politics in Upper Management Some managers doesn’t have the correct experience aligning to their position, they don’t even know what they are doing and just expects their subordinates to comply and comply, keep sending them tasks that they (as a manager) don’t even know how to do, they always find time as well to mind others’ business, they would sip and gossip with their superiors those employees that have a downtime and will report it as slacking off, backstabbing is real! - Process There are no solid processes, no agile and scrums, no one knows who exactly to talk to about certain issues and concerns, JUST A TOTAL MESS
