Pros

TI offers 3 branches of personal development starting from if you want to be a more technical, broader, or managerial employee. It's a good company to get a feel for larger corporations and how they operate.

Cons

Mentorship is dependent on if your team has the people and time. There is a bit of a club when it comes to WHO becomes a manger. Promotions are very broad and not hard defined on what is needed to get the next level.

Pros

No quotas to meet, good pay and profit sharing up to 20%

Cons

Too many machines to keep track off, no organization of department’s tools/equipment, things are hard to find and too spread out. No designated areas to store things properly.
