      Engineers getting sick of it at leaving

      Pros

      Used to be a nice work environment. Decent healthcare

      Cons

      They keep trying to push schedules to the left, with less people, and less resources. Upper management does not understand basic engineering practices. So more people leave and they do not fill those positions. Then ask to push the schedule on projects even more. They just don't get it.

      Pros

      I've never had a bad supervisor and all team members have been enjoyable to work with. They get the job done while making it an enjoyable environment.

      Cons

      CEO asks for unrealistic completion dates and management is afraid to share actual dates with him. It causes us to work to our internal schedule and a external schedule that isn't realistic. Certain buildings on campus drastically need updated, especially on the East Campus.

      Pros

      Very good internship. They put you right to work and give you real world projects that benefit the company. I would advise to reach out to other people in your department. Very good opportunity to network with individuals inside and outside your job function

      Sometimes a lack of work, but usually have something to do.
