      Pros

      Good strong company with lots of potential. This company can produce a good quality product as fast as (and almost always faster than) our competitors. Our customers like this about us.

      Cons

      It is my opinion that we get closer with every new project to a serious and/or fatal accident with all the unrealistic pressures and schedule demands.

      Great expense budget. Get to fly in private jets sometimes

      Poor strategy and human capital management. Large disconnect between sales people in the field and upper management. Office politics can take precedent over collaboration.
