      Pros

      If you're a pilot or aspiring to be, this is the place to work! The Employee Flying Club offers the worlds cheapest hourly rate on good aircraft for training. Company culture overall was very supportive.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs, and high pressure to get new models certified left me working 60 hour weeks for a time. This isn't inherently bad if you believe in the mission, but could lead to burnout.

      Pros

      The people here at fantastic, but that may have to do with the mid-west personality. Tuition reimbursement is great and the military differential pay is great (if you go on military orders they make up the salary difference).

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about turnover, just as long as they are keeping the company in the black. Insurance is awful, as are most large employers now days. Low entry level wage with very small yearly raises.
