      Pros

      -Decent work/life balance depending on your group and boss. -Decent job security. -Good at letting people move around the company. Encouraged in some instances. -Good people. Never had a bad boss. Bad coworkers are rare and usually gone quickly.

      Cons

      -Pay and promotions are lacking. -Pyramid is unbalanced. Poor pay leads to everyone promoting to non-producing positions. -Upper management very disconnected from realistic expectations. -Health insurance is bare minimum.

      Good people striving to do the right things Great product mix and product development groups

      Cons

      Upper management is utterly sociopathic in their approach to people and strategy. Experienced and knowledgable employees are constantly being replaced with interns. Morale in most areas is dismal with executives managing by fear and micromanagement. It's a terrible way to manage these iconic brands and products.
