Pros

A good place to learn and develop professionally. You can get involved in a bunch of different processes for the sake of learning.

Cons

Mexico operations management is only results oriented, They do not care a bit about people's life. Overtime work is excessive and not paid.

Pros

Great learning environment, and the guys you work with become like family. The work is hard but will keep you busy. Most of the guys who are grades higher will work with you to understand the position.

Cons

Poor leadership, since the company is so large repair centers really fend for themselves. Not to mention they are so overrun with work that its more about just get the job done instead of accuracy.
