      Pros

      Good platform for engineering skills. Great people to work with. E xcellent culture. Almost everyone is a team player.

      Cons

      The push for speed in getting projects done. No faith in Textron, which is an holding company. Recently with acquiring Beechcraft, the company was renamed Teaxtron Aviation. We were always called Cessna. People dont like the name Textron Aviation.

      Decent salary, best name brand in the GA industry, work life balance is great

      Cons

      Leadership has been gutted over the past 3 years, and the company is left with a severe lack of true knowledgable leaders. The culture is purely cut throat now, it is no longer a company that makes money and takes care of its employees

      We have way too much work for the amount of people. Overloaded desk responsibility.
