      Environment is good... Casual atmosphere.... Good balance between work and personal life....

      Cons

      I would say that although the atmosphere is good at Cessna, the pay is probably on the lower scale based on other area employers.

      Pros

      I believe your ability to advance and make an impact in the company is very positive. My dept. is a very good group and work well together. Get to work on alot of different things here. Not just stuck doing one thing.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits are not very good. Being owned by textron and having to use there benefits I think limit Cessna's ability to attract more employees.
