You can’t transfer jobs until a year Micro management Favoritism between management Union and HR don’t help with grievances You barely accumulate paid time off and sick time If you get a bad supervisor they won’t let you do voluntary overtime for no reason and then mandatory you Drama between coworkers, gossip, bullying Get treated badly for being honest about messing up a part or for reporting something you didn’t do 2nd shift schedule is a late time Barely any diversity and you get treated unfairly as a minority Lack of job specific training
