Cons
-Managment, it sucks unless you are part of thier inner circle. - I have been discriminated against, treated with retalitory behavior, talked to hr after months of getting ahold of someone. And they don't care. Don't hold supervisors to the standards workers are held to. - union is not helpful. Was told they would not help as I transferred to a new department. Managment lies blatantly, a violation of organization policy, company swipes it away. Benefits suck - medical if you have a family has a high deductible. - leave, be prepared to never have time off. Company makes you take 2 week unpaid during the summer unless you have leave but takes a year to build 40 hours. Don't get sick you'll get written up.
