      Massive turnover for a good reason.

      I was able to have a job until I found a better one.

      Cons

      Everyone treated the call center workers as if they were inferior in every way. They even required them to clean the showroom, change out every office's trash cans, and take turns as the front receptionist. If you scheduled a carpet salesman to drive to a city they didn't like to provide a quote, they would take it personally.
