Pros

Great people to work with,

Cons

People are often told they have to work more than 6 hours without a break. Even though breaks are supposed to happen, managers still push workers to keep going. When you start the job, there’s a box in your contract that says you agree to work through breaks. It is already checked, and even if you uncheck it, they still expect you to skip your break. There are also unsafe things happening where food is kept. Sometimes food safety rules are not followed. For example, people put their feet on shelves where food is stored, which is not clean or safe. The company does inspections, but the store usually knows ahead of time. Because of that, they clean everything up just before the inspection, so it looks better than it really is.
