Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Cheescake Factory are flexible hours, decent pay and overall the management wasn't micromanaging but good.

Cons

The lack of ability to move up without dedicating 5 years of your life in middle management was definitely a downside.

Pros

The people you work with are generally pretty outgoing and cool because Cheesecake has an extensive interview process. They train you very well so you feel confident from day one on the job.

Cons

Very low starting pay. Minimum wage for a starting host, typically. But on the bright side, pay raises can come very quickly if you're doing a good job.
