Pros

-Flexible schedule -Average $15/hour -Offers benefits if you average at least 30 hours -Management is alright (some great, some not), though hit or miss in their effectiveness and tact

Cons

-Corporate atmosphere i.e. you do things because you are told to not because they always make the most sense -Management is hit or miss (see above). Often they seemed more concerned with hitting their numbers so they can get their bonuses than with creating a positive work environment. Employee successes are vaguely if ever recognized. -Low amount of internal development. As an example I have been with the company for 3+ years and have been positively recognized a number of times (no small feat here) and have spoken to several managers about the possibility of growth within the company and have received luke warm responses and vague encouragements. Advancement in this company seems to stem more from how buddy buddy you are with management than how well you perform your responsibilities.

Pros

It was a great part-time job to have as a college student. The tips being made each shift basically covered my personal expenses throughout college. I learned a lot about myself and about the people that I would come in contact with. Love it.

Cons

The one thing I really didn't care too much about was that we had to have at least one runner or breaking shift. These days were basically a waste of our time as servers because we would have to run food versus serving food. Tips as a runner is minimal compared to our regular shifts as a server.

Pros

Product - the food - is great. Management creates a positive and encouraging environment to motivate workers. structure is great as well.

Cons

Not much. Just not a lot of advancement or option to relocate. other than that, it's great in a general sense.
