Stable Work and good health insurance.

Cons

6-7 /10 hour days per week, no respect for work life balance of employees, when you have a day off for a holiday you have to make it up - so salary employees get no real holidays off, HUGE turn over rate at management level (look at their website for all the openings & ask Why so many openings if so great???). The Bakery division is such a small part of the corporation it does not count. Would give overall rating a "0" if I could.

It's Great to Work at Cheesecake

Pros

We have a great team, we are consistently busy, the clientele is pretty nice and the managers will almost always stand up for you. We also have a rec soccer team that the company pays for. Very flexible with schedule.

Cons

It's a corporate restaurant, so all of your ideas won't be listened to, but overall it's a great place to work.

Coworkers, 50% off food during shift

Cons

Long hours, no break, no appreciation for staff, poor management, managers play favorites, managers don't help, only follow protocol when expecting District manager or cooperate, do not give pay raises to people who have been there for over 5 years, sexual harassment
