Pros

Great quality and training. Only the best food and service. Systems designed for maximum efficiency.

Cons

Shifts are long and hours are challenging. GM schedule is Wednesday thru Sunday with mids usually on weekends. Very tough on qualityof life. Free BMW as GM but you never get to drive it since it's parked at the restaurant.

Pros

Well respected training program throughout the restaurant community. From staff member positions to managment, they will prepare you for high volume restaurants. Kitchen as well as front of house have many rules and regulations, processes and systems in place, which will out you a cut above the rest when it comes to most aspects of the restaurant industry.

Cons

They ask for a mile and will only reward you with an inch. they expect too much at times and rarley come through with promises. the bonus structure is not easily attainable, and even when you do hit every mark, the bonuses are not very substancial.

Pros

I would have quit after one month if I didn't love my coworkers, and we all said the same thing. The training program was good, the only problem was that after training the requirements/responsibilities weren't reinforced, so many 'forgot' their training or just slacked.

Cons

Low pay, employees treated poorly, management was lost, white pants, guests were rude-a guest once called me a handful of names and threw a menu at me, I continued to apologize the entire time because the customer is always right, the manager ended up giving them free cheesecake instead of asking them to leave for assaulting an employee. Terrible work conditions, we would work a 12 hour shift with no break, and if we did get one they forced us to clock out for 30 minutes...so 1 break if we were lucky and it was unpaid. Lots of employees look at a task that needs to be done and don't do it because they know someone else will do it--the person doing the extra work doesn't get rewarded, the person not doing the work doesn't get punished.
