Poorly managed. You work in a call center and your entire day is spent taking calls from mostly angry providers who yell and scream at you. To be quite honest the pros are nothing compared to the cons of this job. The PTO is awful they will lure you in by telling you you have "18 days of PTO" but it is nearly impossible to get approved. It is a very mentally taxing job for a full time job. Multiple people quit all the time and they never hired enough to keep up with the calls.
