The IMA Group Response

IMA requires all new hires to complete orientation through our HR department. We also have formalized training programs and manuals for all level staff. We have written policies in place and encourage all employees to report any type of harassment in the workplace. We find this allegation alarming and encourage you to tell your supervisor or HR more on this.

Pros

made some good friends working here

Cons

The pay is too low, and corporate clearly treats its employees as disposable tools. Employee morale is low due to this, and there is a general feeling of misery from the people who work there.
