Pros

You meet some very cool employees Okay schedule

Cons

Too much work load and they give you about 3 different position and get underpaid. Management is horrible. Use and abuse good workers that's why many employees quit. Favoritism and gossiping you'll feel like you're in high school all over again.

Pros

.Talented group of people to work with. Working at IMA is an opportuninty to work with a team of people who really care about what they are doing, their employees and the clients we serve. We are provided the autonomy and support to do the best job we can. There is tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement as IMA is a growing company.

Cons

IMA rewards employees who work hard, no cons here, work hard and you are rewarded.

Poor morale in staff and some “weak links” in providers.

Pros

Flexibility in schedule; although monotonous work, variety of clientele; location (DC); can make up time or work as much as you’d like in a sense;

Cons

Office has low morale. Office “lead” although kind, is sadly incompetent, defensive, has poor boundaries, and has poor communication skills. A couple providers are extremely entitled and rude to claimants. One in particular leaves for hours at a time and has had to have her claimants seen by others or rescheduled which is very rude and not easy for the population we see. It’s hard taking time off unless you tell them months in advance. If you need a couple hours to go to a medical appointment they will tell you “no, your schedule is already confirmed that day.” Providers end up calling out for a full day to get personal things done since we don’t get honored for trying to merely ask for a couple hours. Office space is very crowded and sometimes overbooked with more providers than space.

We have made many efforts to improve our DC staffing, including adding new management which has been very successful.
