Pros

The training program is intensive and makes working there seem fun. You get 10% of all revenue made as commission. Relaxed dress code and ability to express yourself.

Cons

Pay is horrible. Corporate T-Mobile employees make $4/hour more on average as well as guaranteed commission. You only get commission if you meet the $1700 revenue requirement which can be hard in a low-traffic store. Goals are absolutely outrageous and they expect you to meet them even if customers aren't coming in or during national disasters such as the pandemic. Management will write you up for not meeting goals even if you are pitching sales, but the customers are simply saying no.
