      Pay rate, and work is consistent.

      Cons

      Too many changes within the first year. They change up things a lot, and still have not come up with an effective method. If they would pay one of the associates more to act as an on-site manager they’d have way less issues. But they took the position away.

      40 hour guaranteed work week. Hourly pay rate . S

      Cons

      High sales expectations. Low pay. On your feet all day . No holiday, sick pay. Only 1 week vacation.
