Not Worth It

Pros

You have the ability to meet a lot of good people.

Cons

You only have 24hrs to hire someone after a spot is open or it is done for you. As a Market Manager you have to sell no less than 2 phones every store visit that you do and stay at the store till you do but also make sure that you visit 2 stores a day. If YOU dont make a sale on that store visit all day you have to go back the next day and workover to make up your visit quota. Managers have no clue what it going on or how to make things happen that people can understand. Its so hard to do your own job when you have a do the jobs or 4 other people at the same time. Not enough time in the day to do everything. Work life balance is the worst i have ever been in, in all my years of retail.
