      Commissions are great IF you want to sell and are ok with talking to people all day

      Cons

      Management trash, had an issue with DM escalated it to People experience, my case was closed with no knowledge of if they spoke with him or not. Had an encounter with him after about six months, and he asked had I spoken to PE, which led me to believe they didn’t reach out to express my concern. Looking for a company who even semi cares, this one’s a HARD pass; all of that seems personal it is. Benefits are trash

      They got mad at me for being on my iPad w/ cellular because they wanted phone sales. I use my iPad for work.

      the Virtual training I guess

      Had bad energy, idk how to tell you. They expected me to make sales They rushed me when I was already doing the work They were possibly talking behind my back. Poor training. Bad bosses in general

      A lot of discrimination and racism

      Pros

      Good sells on phones, great with customer service and great with customers overall

      Cons

      I received a lot of racism working for t-roc from employees to managers I even got fired from there for no reason even when I asked for a reason even though I knew it was because of my skin color at the store I was the only African American employee that worked for T-Roc at the time and I dealt with a lot from a certain co-worker and my manager whom ganged up with her against me.
