      Pros

      commission is great, easily get approved your days off when you request them enough in advance.

      Cons

      too many hours for part time. make you do ridiculous things like walk around out side and pass out fliers as well as make cold calls to get people in the store. they have you do outreach sometimes in other businesses to get business lines. Management is awful..their expectations of you are sometimes ridiculous and don’t take into consideration the amount of traffic that comes in the store before they crack down on you for your numbers.

      My experience working at The Retail Outsource is incredible! Since I started in early 2016 I was pleasantly surprised to be in a company who was sensitive towards its employees needs and requirements The company always has daily goals to reach and has always encouraged me to surpass personal achievements. Tremendous atmosphere! Great folks, fun trainings and informative team meetings. They let you express yourself and take feedback into consideration. Managers are always open helping you, teaching you new things and facilitating your career advancement. Overall it is very exciting working for The Retail Outsource
