I am thrilled you like the work and disappointed you are unaware that we have promoted over 300 people this past year. Very few companies can say that! Please make sure you are meeting with your manager and ask those questions. If you are doing well, we want to keep you within T-ROC. Thanks, Randy Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction

The Mgt team on the Walmart program side is absolutely ridiculous and super micromanaging

Thanks so much for the helpful feedback. Our training team has recently revamped our training and we are excited over the new and improved content. Is it always perfect with the Walmart employees? No, however, we are getting better every day. Thanks, Randy Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction
