The worst company ever

Pros

The only thing this company has done right is pay its employees a proper wage. As a manger my salary was 75k/yr not including generous monthly bonuses.

Cons

Upper management was a total joke, with no regard for anyones time. As this is a third party contracting company, you'd get just about what you'd expect from them. There is no sense of camaraderie between upper management and store managers. Once given the opportunity, they will throw you under the bus as soon as they can and your job is constantly on the line. Pto is a joke seeing as how each employee gets 36 hours a year(18hrs the first half and another at the second). There was little to no training for what we were told to do, which normally wouldn't be a big deal for me, but there was no way of finding the information we needed to complete daily operational tasks. What's worse is that you are quietly encouraged to work off the clock and your days off are more like a remote day.
