Pros

The moneys not bad, if you can sell enough postpaid phones every month. If you show up to your shifts it’s pretty hard to get fired. Very flexible. Set schedule.

Cons

You will not be paid any commission if you fail to meet every-changing demands. If you’re at a Walmart store you will be used by that store as an electronics associate (aka not your job) Your job requirements and pay structure will change often and without warning. They take forever to make good on scheduled pay raises and signing bonuses.

Pros

You have a set schedule. The I people I worked with daily we're great. Unlimited potential commission. There is the opportunity to advance. They have multiple divisions to their company, and you can transfer to other divisions.

Cons

You work every weekend. Upper Management doesn't care about you or good customer service. All they care about is sales.

Pros

One of the few companies still hiring this year. It’s a good gig, and I’ve been able to make enough to get back on my feet. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Cons

You’re working during the holidays. It’s a bummer, but also, once they’re over, you have more money instead of less.
