Pros

Commission based income, great for people who want to work with other people and showing off their best assets, customer service

Cons

Some days are slow on sales, angry customers, some incomes aren’t the best depending on how many phones you have sold that month.

Pros

Great Recruiter and overall interview process. That's where the buck stops. The commission is decent.

Cons

Micromanagement, Cumbersome, repetitive, redundant work practices and workflow. Nothing is optimized. Management too top-heavy. Family-work balance is not adhered to. It's Retail. Don't believe what you're told and don't take anything at face value. There are many more things that go on that you have no idea. Systems: You are subject to using Walmart's ancient equipment. Phone system if it works? Dinky small monitors for the phone/service activation system. Activation Dept., they don't know what they are doing. This can hang you up while attempting to activate service for customers. This will slow you down considerably. Be aware of predatory sales/pushy practices.

No Family Life Balance

Pros

The money is ok and livable and you travel a lot.

Cons

There isn’t a family life balance. As a manager you work 7 days a week because your salary. The unemployment turnover rate is extremely high. HR as well as upper management are disorganized, lack of communication, and you can’t trust anyone within the company if you have any issues, including health issues. They try to fire everyone for TIME CARD FRAUD so they can get away without paying unemployment.
