      Great pay, issued iPad to use

      Cons

      Constantly lie- about EVERYTHING even when there is proof, lost our paychecks, recruiting dept constantly screws up and doesn't do it's job timely, treats employees and market managers terribly, lack of support, total unreliable mess of a company.

      They didn't even send out hurricane expectations

      Pros

      You get a paycheck and that's the only pro

      Cons

      They don't care about anybody. They are money thirsty and don't care how they get it. They pay employees 10.50 an hour and offer health insurance that costs half your pay for a plan that does anything. A disgusting bunch of corporate America. My only hope is that minimum wage goes up and they HAVE to pay a living wage. Their expectations are to the moon when they haven't even figured out how to get there. A huge joke. How Brett sleeps at night is a mystery to me. Their commission structure is a joke. Just don't work here unless you're desperate.

      In Ohio you can make $16 an hour to stand around doing nothing for Terminix

      Cons

      If you like to stay busy and like a constant stream of customers, this isn’t the place for you.
