Pros

Family is first here. This is a wonderful company to work for. Makes you want to work hard for them.

Cons

No cons really for me.

Pros

Company did provide health benefits, gas allowance and bonus incentives.

Cons

Bad marriage between Radio Shack and Sprint. This is evident by poor sales in 4th quarter 2016. Sprint removed from all RS locations and RS declares bankruptcy. When TROC turned store back over to Sprint, it caused TROC employees to lose their job and low incentive bonus (a joke really). Please be careful working for TROC, because if the contract goes sideways, the rank and file employees will be out the door.
