      -At least in my experience I feel valued -Lots of transparency and communication -Promotes from within -They take our safety seriously -Every experience I've had with someone in a management role has been positive

      Cons

      -They "seem" to be evolving into a more corporate company. Possibly not even a con - you can be the judge of that. -Lack of 401K match
