      Pros working here is easy adaption to the work and reasonability. Also great hours and the freedom to manage how you want to manage. Daily tasks are easy to manage, and the team spirit is amazing

      Cons

      Work can be slow at times and make the day drag Training can be improved

      TROC makes other companies seem like Dittos

      Pros

      communication is key - weekly team meetings, bi weekly one on ones with management and monthly program calls lets everyone know what is happening and ask questions and voice concerns. TROC also has their ear to the ground and takes employee feedback and actually uses it to better the environment. Growth is there for those who want it- management is willing to listen and eager to help you find your career path and plan it and work through it to get where you want within the company. They also tend to look internally first for new job postings. Freedom as a manager- no micromanaging but they are still there to guide you as you manage your own team the way you feel works best.

      Cons

      Pokemon program is still in "start-up" phase so there are instances where there are long waiting periods on getting answers to protocols/solutions.

      I love working at Troc

      Pros

      I've only been with Troc for a short time but I'm so happy that I made the move. The work ethics of my peers is top notch. Everyone is so helpful and have made me feel at home.

      Cons

      none so far. I love it here.
