Pros

HR is competent, besides that, none so far

Cons

My "Manager" does not even answer my emails, I was hired as a Flex employee, however, the flexibility been absolute, Nobody ever reaches out and let me know the status of my employment with them, HR seems to be competent.

Pros

If you're desperate enough for work and need money, apply here. They will take anyone because the turnover rate is so high.

Cons

The training is sub-par. Benefits are horrible. Schedule is unrealistic and work/life balance is lacking. The employee who trained my group had only been there three weeks and training was only 2 days (Day One was just generic PowerPoint slides in a Wal-Mart breakroom where you couldn't even focus because everyone was having lunch and watching General Hospital. Day two was with the so called "Trainer" that was talking more about her life/goofing off to Wal-Mart employees then actually training on the programs, apps and daily process of doing the job well and don't even get me started about the work chat app the manager uses to berate you if you don't push sales hard enough) Oh and talks down to his employees who aren't making sales yet sucks up to the ones making sales for his commission only salary.

Pros

Admin time was main source of income.

Cons

Worked 1 month, off another, worked another month and haven't heard anything for more than 2 months. I put in admin time and mentioned it on there Workchat, (mistake) and now I can't get into my natural insight account. I should never have said anything because someone asked their manager about it and now I got screwed over. Should have kept it a secret. But management has said nothing to me directly. The job is a joke.

Pros

Nothing, there is nothing positive about this company if you are a real sales professional avoid at all cost.

Cons

Where to start, 1. Management is under skilled and abusive 2. Hostile Work Environment cause by under skilled managers market managers to directors 3. Pay is sub standard you make less than a Walmart Associates 4. Commission is sub par at best 5. Upper management encourages the abuse 6. Work chat is nothing more than a beat down session not only from your manager but other managers as well even had a director joined in 7. Managers encourage you to mistreat prepaid customers and call them "a waste of time." 8. Management publicly degrades you. 9. Management verbally abuses.

Not the best

Pros

Alot of unsupervised time and freedom.

Cons

Walmart employees aren't very friendly toward you. You can't do your job without them. Every other day there's a group meeting about new rules, quotas. There is 0 job security for sure. The system crashes and causes customers to be denied so your quotas are negatively impacted. I Sucks having your phone dinging all throughout the day from when you wake up til you get home from a group chat with your manager and all co-workers. Overall they took a good job and complicated it. If you don't make any sales you have to send an email to management each and every day.

Good Company

Pros

Good company , lots of freedom to sell. 3 breaks that allow you to refresh and you get to learn a lot and gain experience by selling each carrier. Pay is decent as well. Managers are great and involved in my district/region, and my coworkers are always helpful.

Cons

Could be paid more on accessory sales. Only major complaint is about WARP Support. Easily the worst carrier support I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t get anyone who speaks fluently or will listen to what you have to say. They kill a lot of deals wasting sales reps and customers time by prolonging the process on the phone. Be quicker and more fluent speaking.
