Pros

Work with NHL parent Company. Work with many great people in the industry, See how to manage and build a partnership with the community. All around a great place if you love the sport of Hockey and working within your community to help families and youths learn the sport

Cons

The job is a year round and weekend job, since it deals with the public. Not bad, but you must be prepared to give up holidays and weekends

Solid part time job for young student

If you love hockey the job comes easy. Easy work. Flexible schedule. Get to know the hockey community. Deals on leagues.

Cons

Power play meetings can become annoying. Management can seem distant at times. Work can be repetitive. Have to deal with angry players who think they deserve NHL caliber referees.
